"Expedia debe saber que este hotel me canceló la noche antes, diciendo que no tenían disponibilidad por whatssap, luego de yo tener todo listo, así que salí temprano al otro día porque nunca vi que expedia me cancelara y volví a comunicarme y me dijeron que no había habitación , tuve que parar en la carretera y reservar otro lugar . Esto nunca me había pasado . Expedia usó mis créditos en dinero y lo perdí, porque no lo pude usar en mi otra reserva. Esto es irrespetuoso y entiendo que esta...

"I would definitely recommend the place is very nice and the people are very friendly"

"Place and staff was really nice Will be back next time 10/10 Very clean always smell good Staff was helpful and always smiling"

"Everything was excellent, the staff 10/10"

"Very nice staff"

"We were treated poorly. There are regulations that do not make sense. Many scammed. When things went wrong staff was of no help. The waiters are very kind but the staff problem solving was of no use. I would NEVER stay again"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water."

"We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!"

"Everything was good"

"The room was clean Comfortable The personal very nice"

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."

"Great"
