"Parking didn’t look safe at all. I asked for a 6 am wake up call and didn’t get one. The police were there on Saturday morning due to a husband and wife fighting with each other and their kid was running a muck everywhere. No fridge was on it the room like said online when we booked the room. My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced after Friday night use had to reuse what was there. "Rooms were spacious. Lobby is bright and clean. We were there for a hockey tournament and the hotel kept their breakfast room open for the eve for parents and players to gather. That room is very cozy with a fire place, big windows and large TVs. The perfect spot to keep everyone in one place and to keep noise in the halls to a min. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Very pleasant and always checking in to see if they could do more to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend. "
