"This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me...

"Clean room, kind staff, well stocked kitchenette (dishes) and an ice maker in the freezer and a full sized kitchen table! The only thing I saw that was weird is that the cabinet under the kitchenette sink didn’t have a bottom and extra toilet paper and dish soap were stored on the floor underneath. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with a gas station close by and not far from some restaurant options. No pool or breakfast, which was my fault for not reading but I would definitely stay...

"We have stayed at the Chalet Motel numerous times, however have not been there the past two. We were very happy to see all the work they have done on this property, both outside and inside. The rooms always were nice, but they have updated everything. Very nice and friendly staff. We will continue to stay when we are in Mequon, Wisconsin."

"The pictures look nothing like how the room actually looked and they had breakfast, but it was cereal, milk, muffins, and toast. And when I got the room, it was damages already done to the room. I reported them to the front desk. I’m not saying anything supposed to be perfect, but just make sure everything is up to their standards. "

"Front desk staff was amazing and the manager welcomed us personally. The hot tub had the best jets I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Great location - we could walk everywhere."
