It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. "I inquired if the rooms were refreshed daily unpon arrival Monday night...yet the representative failed to inform me I would need to notify them of this request until I complained following my first night my room was untouched. So frustrating! The hotel was relatively clean except for the elevators. Breakfast was adequate. Area quiet and I felt safe."
