"Hotel is in a good location as it's a close walk to to mall and some restaurants. For the price, room is ok. I would have preferred a desk and chair to work at but that is considered a business room and not a regular king bed room. Needs some upgrades for sure. Breakfast was fine but it's right at the main desk and front door so gets a little tight. Again, for the price, and for only a couple nights, it was ok."

"My husband and I had planned to stay here for one night since we were coming from Seattle and didn’t want to drive back the same day. Last minute, my sister decided to come along. When we checked in, they were extremely kind and helpful. They right away looked for available rooms that would accommodate one more person since the original room booked would only accommodate 2. Luckily, they were able to find one!

"Was very happy with the location of this great hotel. It was easy walking distance to English Bay with a great beach and restaurants. It was also close to Stanley Park by e-bike, and the hotel provided the bikes! The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were all excellent. Someone was always available and always helpful. We used the underground garage and it was convenient and secure."
