Customer service horrible. Reception filters all internal calls. They never answers the phone in the total 7 days I was there. With Expedia then on guided tour. Room safe malfunctioned twice. Switched out safe. I almost missed my tour as I couldn’t get my passport out. Response time horrible. I requested 2 towels for me an my travel partner. Never provided more than 1. I had to run to fitness center to pick up daily. Others received 2 water bottles in room per day per person included. Not mine. I bought water in the store next door daily. I requested extra blanket as the room was cold with the system turned to the max heat. I never received and requested every day. Sis not replace coffee pods for the room. Did not clean room unless I requested at after 6 pm. They would
But didn’t take our garbage. It is not the representation of the Marriott brand. They seemed short staffed and employees with no tenure. They didn’t care. I asked to talk to a manager. And that was never connected. I wrote a review to the property directly and did receive a response. That they would talk to housekeeping. It was a silly response that means bothering. They should have credited something back to me.
