"Beautiful hotel located atop the Fourviere over Old Lyon. Gorgeous lobby, common spaces, and restaurant/courtyard. Staff are also attentive and very kind. The room was excellent as we received an upgrade to the Loft, which was incredible. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, and certainly more space than I knew what to do with"

"Hotel Academie as the name suggests was indeed an academy in the 14th century. The hotel has been remodeled Beautifully to keep the spiral staircase and the landings with a few steps to each room. Each floor must have 4 rooms. They are very rustic and finished with a grandeur look to it. We had booked a suite and each room had its own bath and toilet; amenities included 2 TVs , an armoire in the 2nd bedroom and desks for each bedroom.
