"Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working"

"I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment."

Check-in staff was working on several clients (including phone clients) at the same time while checking in a few of us waiting at the desk.The breakfast was good and offered a great variety. Maybe a greater variety of fruits could be added. The breakfast staff was very pleasant. Parking was a little dicey as we came in late one night. "We stayed for five nights, the room was fine. However don't ask the housekeeping staff to get you anything. I assume it was the manager told me if you need anything you go through me not the housekeeping staff. Needless to say that was the only one day we got clean towels and our trash emptied. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. In all the other front desk employees were also Pleasant"
