"The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor."

"Couldn’t use the elevator, I was on the third floor. Needed towels for my 2nd night there were none. My room smelled like mold, sheets were very wrinkly and looked like they weren’t new lots of broken things in the room such as plug sockets had cracked pieces on them (more than one). The window shade had black mold. Shower head was beyond rusted. A hole was hidden by the night stand. Taped UV lights on the headboard which didn’t work. The staff I met were either kind or bluntly rude. Frequent traveler wouldn’t recommend"

"The view was nice! The young lady that checked us in was very polite and considerate as the house keeper for our floor. I assume this other guy was a manager on duty at our check in he was not friendly at all. I will not let this stop me from staying at the Comfort Inn just never that one."
