"Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!"

"After checking in, I made it to my room to see the countertops were NOT clean, the fridge wasn’t working and a missing remote. Tried to call down to the desk, and the phone didn’t work either. Went back downstairs to let the woman at the desk know (her demeanor and attitude were very unpleasant), and it was in the middle of a shift change for the front desk. The man then escorted me to the new room to review it with me. Things seemed to be working fine, but again it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for housekeeping to which the man said and I quote”this ain’t a 5star hotel, it’s maybe a 2 or 3 star, there’s one person on this shift and that’s me. Housekeeping will be back in the morning.” Now although I don’t recall inquiring on the hotel’s star rating, I was entirely too exhausted after a 12 hour drive from Chicago to argue with this man. I then asked for just some cleaning supplies and I’ll do it myself, he then said “that’s housekeeping too and I don’t have access to their storage.” It’s now a little after midnight, after I’ve retrieved my belongings from the first room, moved down to the second room and returned the first room’s keys to the desk. I then had the displeasure of finding out that the bathroom sink (in the new room) was stopped up with an extremely slow drain. I wish this was something I made up. I can’t verbalize how disheartening and unpleasant my stay was at this establishment. Never again. "

"This property is not representative of Hampton Inn. Ran out of breakfast at 9:00 a.m. didn't replenish until 9:50, breakfast is over at 10:00 a.m. They did leave the buffet open later. The room had a terrible stinch. The tracks in the shower had mold and mildew. The tracks for the closet door in the bedroom were filthy and didn't slide well. the kitchen consisted of a microwave and mini refrigerator. I DO NOT recommend this property and will never stay here again."

"At the time of checking into the hotel immediately I noticed the overall up keep of the property has gone negligence. Once entering the facility there was a gentleman sitting on top the countertop, while the front desk clerk check me in. I was asked to pay $100 incidental fee and will be returned after check out. When going to the elevator it looked uncleaned and non maintenance. The carpet looked dirty throughout the hotel. When coming into the room I noticed a huge outdated ceiling fan, a uncleaned coffee maker and the television leaving against the wall. This property is poorly upkept"
