Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm and was turned down. No call, text or email informing me. Very unprofessional"

"Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable."
