"La situation géographique de l'hôtel est attirante, en hauteur sur les pentes de l'Etna. Point fort : excellent Petit déjeuner en ce qui concerne les sucreries et pâtisserie, mais léger en plats chauds et fruits frais. Chambre spacieuse et excellente vue plongeante sur la côte, mais propreté un peu en deçà pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personnel globalement compétent."
