"Traditional pub, with room 5 being very clean and comfortable if a bit dated. Great value though, in a quiet and easy location. Pat the chef and barman was extremely helpful and it’s a place that I’d go back to again. Great pint of Directors! "

"Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant staff. There were no facilities for breakfast at the accommodation or for making tea/coffee in the room. My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly."

"Very basic hotel the smoke alarm wasn’t working the bath was dirty (although it was a shared bathroom!) there was a good range of products shampoo shower gel etc no tea bags ! No one at a reception desk it was not a manned hotel bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was just a cheap cheerful hotel and you get what you pay for so overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay to get your head down "

Beds were soft, would have liked more of a medium to firm bed & also would have preferred better quality pillows. They seemed to be thick supermarket type pillows. Overall though a great place to stay. "

"Overall our two nights were good room and property were very clean and there's a kitchen for food. A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier "

"Property was in a lovely countryside setting a short walk from Dunham Massey with a very good pub next door. The garden room was a comfortable ‘home from home’ and a relaxing space after countryside and National Trust property walks. Staff (particularly David) couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy the experience which we found absolutely first class. Breakfast was brilliant and we couldn’t ask any more from our stay at Ash Farm.
