"The hot tub was hot, but there was only two jets working and it was filled too high. If I sat down the water was to my chin and I am 5’3 my sister who is only 4 ‘ was unable to sit in the hot tub because it would be over her head. I was right there when the pool opened at 2 PM and the bathroom. There was water all over like something is leaking & mold on the photo frame on the wall and above in the vent.,
The child locks do not work for the pool area. One was completely broke off. The room can use some TLC. The cords for the TV are hanging probably not appropriate."
"It was great to have a balcony facing the lake--definitely worth requesting. The complimentary breakfast was fine, with juice, coffee, eggs, ham, pancakes, bread products and a waffle maker. There wasn't any tourist information in the room, so a stop at the welcome center would be useful to get information about attractions and local businesses."
"This place was absolutely perfect to call home for the night! I went at the end of March so it was very cold and a lot of the shops were still closed for the season but I loved every bit of the island and this lodge luckily stays open year round which saved my butt! This place is clean, quiet, comfy, so so close to the water and right downtown where all the good stuff is! I’d stay here over and over again. The staff was so very friendly and helpful, we were thrilled with our stay!"
