"It’s our first time coming to the area and by looking at the photos of the property, we thought our stay going to be great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we first checked in the room, it looked pretty nice and clean. However, when we returned after dinner and initial wipe down, like we always do, we found : 1- the toilet seat is old, scratched up and missing under seat support rubber 2- the three feet long air vent is all rusted (very disgusting) 3- there’s a small hole ( looks like a vent) right above the shower head has water dripping At this time we thought it was late so we just went to bed. When we checked it the next morning, I told the receptionist about the issue and show him the pictures, and all he said was thank you for letting us know."

"There was mold on the shower curtain, the pools and hot tub look as if they haven't been cleaned or used in a decade. The rooms smelled moldy. We booked 3 king bed rooms and found out the property only has one when we checked in. We left early and drove all night so we didn't have to sleep there another night.the only positive was the staff. Incredibly helpful and kind."

"Or room was on the 1st floor. There was no lock on the sliding patio door so anyone could have hopped the porch railing and entered. There was a difficult-to-operate door stop which we finally managed to set in the lock position. The heater- a/c controls were mostly unresponsive (fan stuck on medium speed, unable to select heat mode) and no way to adjust the air outlet direction."

"The property is dated and well worn. Our first room smelled of mold and mildew. There was an air purifier that didn’t help with the moisture. After contacting the front desk, another room was found for us. It too was musky and worn. I would definitely choose to stay elsewhere next visit."
