"This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall.
