The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with sweeping views that make waking up each morning feel like a treat in itself. The location is ideal. Centrally situated, the hotel puts you within easy reach of Tokyo’s most iconic destinations, whether you’re heading to temples, shopping districts, or world-class restaurants. We never felt like we were wasting time in transit. We opted for the breakfast package and it was one of the best decisions we made. Starting each day with a wonderful spread meant we hit the ground running without the stress of hunting for a morning meal in an unfamiliar city — a real time and energy saver. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered throughout the hotel — from the front desk to housekeeping — was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That level of consistent, heartfelt service is rare and did not go unnoticed. We loved our stay so much that we’ve planned to return for one more night before heading home. That says it all. "Great location - easy access to train stations - for westerners make sure to ask for western style rooms as they also offer Japanese style rooms where mattresses are on the floor and can be challenging if you are not used to it. I would definitely stay here again."
