"Very nice and cozy place to stay at. The owners are very nice and kind. It was a pleasure to spend the time there. I really enjoyed having a drink with the owner. The place is at the top of a mountain with a beautiful scenery. The place is mostly for ski resort, but I used it to go around the area and visit some local attractions."

"Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus."

"A few minutes' walk from Takada Station. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, and you can find a convenience store right in front of the hotel. The reception staff are polite and helpful. While not flashy or luxurious, it is a very comfortable and clean place to stay."
