"The room was clean and roomy and the breakfast had a lot of choices, but what impressed me the most was the service especially when I called the hotel when my rental car broke down two hours away and they arranged for a car to pick me up. That is service above and beyond. "

"Clean and comfortable. Nice welcome and spacious room. Breakfast is a little quirky as it’s all served à la carte. But there’s a good selection of items. I used the valet parking which took a long time to arrive when I was checking in but for check out the car was ready early. A nice stay. Would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful hospitality We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Algilà Ortigia Charme. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is full of Sicilian character and charm, and its location in Ortigia was perfect for exploring on foot. Our room was comfortable and beautifully suited to the character of the hotel, and the staff were always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed.
