"Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

"Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour: l’intérieur du logement est confortable et très bien équipé, la terrasse est grande avec une très belle vue mer, le personnel était au top. C’est déjà notre 2e séjour dans cet hôtel et on reviendra sûrement. "

"Amazing location, and Stefano and Antonio are beyond helpful! Thanks to their recommendations we ate at some fantastic restaurants and saw sites we would have missed. And then there’s their incredibly breakfasts on their rooftop terrace, well beyond any included breakfast we’ve ever had! Grazie mille!"

"Grazie Giovani !
A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality.
The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco.
The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"absolutely perfect location. great restaurant downstairs and beach bar very close. best sleep of our trip due to comfy bed and pillows and peaceful location. milk, espresso, juice and water all kindly provided. would definitely return for a longer stay."

"Homely accommodation, very clean and spacious room with bunk bed an TV. The host is very attentive and helpful. Was patient with us and used Google translate to communicate, including travel suggestions. The breakfast had a very good spread, and the highlight was the fresh Sicilian orange juice that the owner made for us himself, every morning! Great coffee too! Parking is just outside.
