"Location was great, and they were very accommodating when our initial stay elsewhere fell through. Glad we found them. It was really nothing special, several beds in a room. But our kids loved it! Everything worked great, and it was convenient for walking around town and getting right into Yellowstone in the morning."

"Its located just 2 minutes away from west entrance and all the grocery stores, restaurants are nearby. Staff were very helpful and helped me when I forgot the key inside and locked outside. Room was okay but not worth of $330$ per night"

"Bucking moose was pretty central. Location was great. Our room was below a two story loft ( room 1). I don’t recommend that room. We could hear all footsteps from the room above us. Every move they made, we heard. Our room was also very close to the street. We got a lot of street noice. Outside of that. The room was calm and charming. Staff was helpful. Be aware, the room does not get cleaned while you are there. Fresh towels upon request."

"I liked how clean it was as well as the fact that an icebox was provided, but the pots and pans in the kitchen were all very old and run down, some of them even had massive scratches in the Teflon coating, making it toxic and we weren't able to cook on them. "

"West Yellowstone it’s a small outdated town and it’s hard to find a decent hotel so this means that you overpay for a mediocre hotel. If I had paid half of the price of what I paid, I would probably have no complaints but because it’s so overpriced, you are expectations are a little bit higher. The pros are location is great. It’s in the middle of town walking distance to tons of restaurants shops in five minutes away from Yellowstone Park entrance. Oh, and breakfast is actually really good too...

"This was a great hotel and a perfect location!! We really enjoyed this hotel. Walkable to many reataurants and souvenir stores. Jo, who works at the breakfast bar, was absolutely impressive. She was so kind and helpful. She worked diligently to assure a good breakfast experience for all! She not only was kind to hotel customers but was also kind to her colleagues. She told them thank you and was just such a kind person! When I spilled my rice crispies cereal all over the clean floor, she...

"The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The staff was amazing. She provided us with breakfast vouchers because when I booked the hotel they were providing breakfast but decided to do away with this. The restaurant we got to go to was also super nice and the staff were very accommodating. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. They even helped us get joining rooms and gave the kids a little adventure pack."
