"Would give a 4/5 out of 5 if I could. This was the last stop for my son and I on our father-son Road Trip this past July. We stayed here for three nights. The room was in need of a little TLC and an update or two; but overall was fine. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal - especially for a hotel breakfast that came with the stay! I had been expecting some bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, etc - which would have been fine for my son and I. Instead there were eggs every day, bacon or sausage, and two of the three days had biscuits and gravy. There was also two waffle makers, along with the usual options. The area offered a lot of convenience as far as going to pretty much any store, or restaurant you wanted; but the traffic density, and road work made it a pain to go just about anywhere as well. Each restaurant we ate at in the area was b/w 1.5 and 2 miles from our hotel; but would take literally take 12 - 20 minutes to get there. There were more than a few times I went out to the vehicle and saw ppl "walking" through that made me hesitant to leave anything of value in plain sight in the vehicle. To be fair there were no issues; just giving my perception. The price was fair and overall our stay was good. As I noted at the start, if I could give it 4.5 out of 5 I would - the half star off would be for the need for a little TLC and some updates; and how inconvenient going anywhere was (although to be fair, that certainly is not the hotel's fault)."

"The property was lovely, breakfast was plentiful and not expensive. My BIG complaint, though, is not with the Inn; it's with Expedia, who clearly didn't do their part on this reservation. When we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation thru Expedia. They said they had been experiencing a number of problems with reservations made thru Expedia. Fortunately for us, it was not a busy time for the Inn and they were able to accomodate us with a fine room for the same rate we reserved thru Expedia. But if that had not been the case, we would have been screwed. Expedia needs to get their act together."
