"Well this was my 3rd stay here. First was was excellent, second was good also. This one was a bit different. Reserved king bed, was given a change, 2 twin beds. No! I paid for king and needed a king. He changed it. Then found a lack of towels in the room, 1 wash cloth. I’ve noticed it is slowly getting worse since I started staying there. Was better than a 2 star rating."

"Loved the map of town on the wall with the notable areas marked. Geneva is such a cute place, you just have to know where to look. The food was good, hotel was very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool, but they were both neat and clean. 10/10 would stay again. Starbucks next door was great too!"
