I believe there are good intentions but the execution is lacking. Checked in and the staff told me I look tired and I should go take a bath. Excellent location. Room was large and very good. Nice pool area with plenty of surrounding sun beds. Breakfast was great and selection was huge. Nice rooftop and sky bar with amazing views. Enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend!!!
