"I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new...

"Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. I will come back and ...

"It was an amazing stay, definitely the comfort i needed before and after doing the Patagonia Trail. The rooms are top notch and the common spaces are very cozy. The breakfast in the mornings was well stocked and a perfect way to start the day. I would recommend a stat here to anyone heading to Puerto Natale's "

"We booked Riverline Lodge as a convenient place to wash up and regroup after finishing a 5-night trek in Torres del Paine, and get an early start across the Argentine border the following morning.
