"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. "Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"An apartment was advertised. The photo was of a different property. I received a room in a house which I doubt would pass a fire inspection.
No curtain on the window. It was a fraudulent let and I'll pursue the owner for a full refund"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, I definitely recommend this spot. It’s super close to 2 stations and incredibly close to plenty of markets and restaurants!

"Schönes, sauberes Appartement mit viel Platz. Tolle Lage. Wir könnten viel zu Fuss erkunden. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, Essensmärkte und Lokale, Pubs alles um die Ecke. Kommunikation mit Bob und Team war super. Alles lief reibungslos. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der Druck in der Dusche. Es kommt recht wenig Wasser raus."
