"This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool was long and the pools themselves were not very inviting. They were all 5ft deep, with no place to lounge. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"Very nice hotel on the beach. Pools were clean. Staff were friendly. Preferred and enjoyed the premium level and benefits. Food was ok but I’m a picky eater. Lots of choices. "

"Overall, it was a decent mid-range resort. The room, public areas, and pool were always very clean. Parts of the hotel are quite dated, however the buffet area has recently been renovated. Food at the buffet was cold each time we tried it. Breakfast was alright since we usually just ate fruit and yogurt, but we went out to eat for dinner each night. During the week the resort was pretty quiet, so we didn't have any issue finding loungers by the pool or beach. However the resort got extremely busy with locals on the weekend and it was hard to find a spot to sit. The beach is beautiful. Also note that free Wifi is not included, even in the all inclusive package! It is an extra cost. "

"Staff support is lacking. The room description was not correct. I waited an hour to discuss that the room.had no mini fridge , coffee maker and microwave. I had to insist that i booked a room.with these listed items. Finally after showing the listing of the hotel 3 times to the manager he moved me to a superior room next to a Night Club. He said it was closed and very quiet. At 10pm i lived in hell until 4am The next day i asked to move rooms and i needed a fridge. The manager refused. The area is not clean. The Hotel only deserves 2 stars "
