"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"It was a lovely stay in my favorite part of town. To get to the main postcard attractions, you’ll need to walk a bit or take cab. For us, this 30min morning walk next to the river was what we wanted to get our steps in. The room was small but very clean and exactly what we needed since we were more so focused on having the perfect location and we succeeded! "We chose a loft room and were allocated room 419 - it had a narrow, wraparound balcony, despite this not really being advertised, it was such a lovely bonus. The location is on a relatively busy street so there is some street noise, but moreso in the daytime than late at night. We interacted minimally tbh with staff there, but any interaction was really friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in a perfect location - walkable to everything in Trastavere. The staff was super helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. Lots of wear and tear and starting to show its age. It was great to have a balcony, but our bathroom wasn’t super clean. Strangely our room had only two usable outlets - none in the bathroom and none on or near the bed. We had to charge our phones across the room and couldn’t use hair tools in the bathroom....
