"Very nice hotel but they badly need to replace the carpeting in the rooms. Old and tearing in places and appeared very dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was great! If the carpeting was replaced I would definitely consider staying again. "

"We’ve been staying at this hotel the night before our flights since 4 years ago. No complaints, good service, good variety in the breakfast. Beds are comfortable (not to hard not to soft, just right :) We also like the proximity to the airport and is quiet. "

"I was honestly very shocked with this hotel. Most of the reviews that I read were pretty good. We stayed here for one night after visiting our daughter in college and the room smelt awful like it was a smoking room at one time, and though it is not now, it still smelt bad. The toilet bowl was loose on the ground, so if you were sitting on it and maneuvered your body the wrong way, at all it would potentially tip over. The rooms look like they were remodeled, but the smell took away from the work...

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

Right from the start, the experience was disappointing—the lobby smelled strongly of tobacco and marijuana, despite the hotel being advertised as a non-smoking environment.
