"Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. "The service is amazing we visit every year and love to stay at the same resort with great service everytime. The staff are friendly and very helpful, our WiFi and phone went out and they fixed it same day. Love the fresh warm towels at the pool and the clean outdoor pool and hot tub. The views are a 10/10 from our room with the ocean view can’t wait to see the new updates from the renovations. My family of 5 are always comfortable and love our annual visit to Myrtle Beach"

"The pictures in the listings are from their ownership rooms not the rooms you book from a 3rd party. You have to pay $15 a day to park your vehicle. The lady at check in spoke little English and the girl training her wasn’t not friendly she seemed very stressed. The room was simply just ok nothing special nor anything like the listing pictures. I would not rebook or visit this hotel."
