When we contacted the staff it was all very matter of fact from them. They added an extra night and that was about the extent of their help. No checking up, no asking if they could be of any help, no nothing. They were friendly and welcoming up to that point, but the indifference shown after we were both so ill was quite astonishing. "

"We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help....
