Great location. Tina was super helpful. The fourth floor views were great and we enjoyed the sun bathing pool (and its doves). Great to have a safe and daily maid service. If you’re diving with Dr Dive or Tres Amigos this is a great location.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with everything!!! Tina the owner helped with many answers to questions and referrals on many things. We enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony watching the activities and people watching looking down on the Malecon . My new favorite place for sure!!! It was a week of total relaxation!! Right on the beach in a quiet little fishing village. Clean and comfortable. Run by the owner, Lisa, you will be made to feel welcome immediately. Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out.

We really enjoyed our week at the Caballo Blanco. The hotel was very comfortable and was right on the beach and the malecon making it very convenient. This is a beautiful property right on the malecon so very little motorized traffic. We loved our room which overlooked the bay. Had coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the sunrise. The fishing and swimming were great right in front of the property. Tons of dining options nearby and Tina, the property owner, was fantastic with lots of suggestions and recommendations.

This is a great little spot on a fairly busy walking street of shops and restaurants. The building is safe and clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. The host Tina is lovely welcoming and helpful. The street can be quite loud with music booming but thankfully not too early and not too late. And the pool isnt really a pool but rather just for putting your feet in. It could be much nicer but i understand there just isnt the staff to worry about this at the moment. Overall really nice place and i would definitely stay again

We visited Mahahual for the first time, traveling from Cancun with a stop at Xel-Ha along the way. The property manager was very accommodating and arranged a smooth late check-in for us. My daughter absolutely loved the beach right in front of the hotel, and we also booked an amazing snorkeling tour. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we found a safe spot by the basketball court just behind the property. We stayed in a double room, which was comfortable and met our needs, with cozy beds for a good night’s rest.
