"The view from the room was great looking out on mullet bay. The room was clean. The staff was not helpful if anything went wrong i had to go to the other tower. The arrangement for floor i was on was managed by different people. I worked with the arrangement and everything went well after that. Breakfast was great. Kitchen was ok but you better be ready to do a little shopping. Housekeeping was there when you needed anything."

"Property is ran down in poor condition. Ants everywhere in the rooms, rooms not cleaned. Honestly, they should just tear it down and build something new"

"The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly."

"My sister and I stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very nice, the property was clean, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the location the hotel was and everything that was nearby by. We stayed for four days and we were not able to get our room cleaned which was really disappointing. I turned on the icon outside of the room signaling the cleaning staff that we needed our room cleaned and when I followed up as to why our room wasn’t cleaned, I was told that cleaning request needed...

"Every employee working at The Blue Sail hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had forgotten to bring an adapter to be able to charge my cell phone and they lent me one for the entire week. Chris, the chef, makes the most delicious veggie omelettes. I had such a wonderful time. I will be back next year!"

"The hotel is nice but the beaches are terrible right now with sargassum. They were basically shuttling you to other beaches it’s so back and it stinks. Also the hotel is a little far away from everything."
