"This place was so so filthy the shower glass popped opened and I fell out and there was water everywhere the thinnest strips for the make shift shower 🚿 was hilarious and if you weight more than 140 pounds you're not showering there cause the glass door wont allow you to close it and for my tall people that are 6 feet and up you definitely wont be showering there . The whole place smelled bad and it was quite dirty. I complained and they gave a different room but it was in the same condition...

"Would recommend checking reviews and not booking here - unfortunately I didn’t do so until I was checked in. I was given an accessibility room and the first thing I noticed was the smell from the bathroom. There were rings (of built-up grime) around fixtures and when I showed in the evening realized the smell was a result of the bathroom flooding when showering (essentially the floor/bathroom constantly flooded and not cleaned properly). "The hotel was doing some remodeling, but did not have any impact on us. The rooms were nice, staff was very helpful. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to local bus and hop on hop off buses."

"We liked the hotel. For us, it was a very good location, near Paddington Station and access to the shuttle to Terminal 2 at Heathrow. The people were nice, the place clean, and the restaurant next door gave us a good breakfast to go. Would recommend. Thx"
