"Excellent cleaners, the room was cleaned early in the day which l like when l stay more than 1 day. Great staff etc. But THE HOT SPRINGS, there were no warnings about the dangers of Hot Springs! My friend ended up in hospital for a day. If we ever went back it would be on very cold days. "

"The house accommodation was ideal for our family. Plenty of room and just a short drive to the centre of Port Fairy shops and restaurants. The large grounds provided privacy and the large spa was an added feature. Highly recommended. "

"We had room 9. Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean, only thing I would change/look into is the shower head. There definitely was blockage, perhaps a bigger shower head instead of the small one. Amenities for making tea/coffee available but we only had 2 coffee satchel & no milk, not a major issue but even a small 250ml UHT milk carton would have been great. Would definitely stay again. "Cute set of converted old school rooms just set off the main road between Port Fairy and Warrnambool, tucked just far enough away to not hear the road noise, but close enough to make it easy. We stayed in Cabin 6, which was situated away from the others, it was also the accessible cabin, which mean plenty of space and easy access in and out. Comfortable bed, small kitchen with a 2 seat table and a 3 seater couch. Plenty of windows to open to let the cool air in, with the added benefit of AC...

"What a beautifully kept property. From the minute I drove on to the property I was impressed by the tidiness and well maintained our door areas. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff as well as the cleaners who were busily working. Once I entered my room I was even more impressed. What a clean and tidy room that smelt fresh and looked perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I will definitely check in again next time I'm staying in Warrnambool. Highly recommend...
