"Immaculately clean, stunning interior, and perfect location were the first things I noticed about Docent’s Choice. Being half a Luddite the app for phone and figuring out how to turn the lights off and on involved me needing assistance. Not only did the staff help me, they didn’t even laugh at me or call me a “Boomer”. Great customer service! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Docent’s Choice. Everything was perfect! "

"The staff were amazing, the room was amazing (the bathroom, the shower, the bed, the blackout curtains, the fancy robe, and the interior design were all superb), and the restaurant was fantastic! Unfortunately, I'm really sensitive to sound, and because the building is older, I could definitely hear small sounds in the plumbing, refrigeration, and/or ventilation that made it hard to sleep well. Additionally, the remote was a bit sluggish with the TV, and the previous guests' Netflix access...

"The room was very nice. It was on the 11th floor. However, the view was not great. It stated harbor view but it was a view of the back bay area. The breakfast was really good. Very fresh fruit and friendly, attentive staff. "

À ma surprise à mon arrivé la piscine était fermée et ce jusqu’à mon départ. Les enfants étaient extrêmement déçus. Le service de valet est aussi tres dispendieux, au lieux d’un séjour à 640$ pour trois nuit il a fallut additionner un 40$ usd par jour pour le stationnement. "

"Très bel hôtel mais beaucoup de lacunes au niveau des chambres. Pas de verres dans la chambre, peu de rangement et surtout, service de nettoyage au deux jours. Donc pas de bouteille d’eau mais on peut pas boire car pas de verre et pas de café dans la chambre pour le séjour complet. Assez défaillant. Le personnel très courtois cependant et Christopher au bar est vraiment super!"

"We were taking a New England road trip and this hotel was on our stop for Maine. It's on a community college campus and run by the students but they were excellent. Prior to our arrival we received a call from the front desk asking us about our arrival. The guy, Jacob, was friendly and on arrival greeted us warmly. The hotel is near the water and comfy.
