Room was not serviced, and did not get clean towels even when we asked for them. They did not even empty the trash. Front desk did not tell us there was a shuttle. Coffee was undrinkable."

Or you can pay 7.50 cents to enter the parking structure to be dropped off by an elevator only to lead you to a different broken down cobblestone walkway with no auto opener. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay.
