"Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago."

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"This hotel is in a historic home and is a much better experience than staying in a large hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is hearty. It is in a residential area, so be sure to get a dinner recommendation for the area before you head out. The best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone there does everything they can to be responsive, helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again."
