"We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me. "

"It’s a new building. Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is available. However, there’s no TV in the unit. It didn’t bother us but if it’s important to you, take that into consideration when booking. It’s close to train stations and lots of dining options around the area as well as convenience store. "

"The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items.
