It's minutes away from Shin-Osaka station, restaurants close by. Checking quite complicated. Two tablets to be used, first the left one with QR code and second one to call somebody to confirm!!!

Overall a very convenient apartment style hotel very close to Shin Osaka Station. The place was spacious and had a small kitchen, washing machine and a bunk bed perfect for kids. The only issue was that check in was virtual so if there any problem with access, there was not really anyone on the premises readily available to help out. When we had an issue accessing the room, it took a while to resolve, although the staff was very helpful once we could find someone. The rest of the stay was smooth and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for families. A great value!

I recently stayed at the Minn Shin Osaka with my family and couldn't be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was the family-friendly bunk bed room. The kids loved having their cozy bunk beds, which made bedtime a fun adventure rather than a chore. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The room was amazing. I truly loved the size and the design of the room. It definitely gives us the comfort feeling tbat we are in Japan. Love the short distance to Shin Osaka station as well. The washing machine really helps too. There's no dryer but putting the clothes out to dry is good enough.

Not a bad stay but the room is way too small for a family- I tried searching for reviews and photos but hard to judge. Overall, not a bad stay. Nothing negative except for the small size room but you get what you pay for.

Comfortable place

Room is nice, comfortable and equipped as required and with Quality equipments. However it is very dusty (toilet vent, below bed, futon area surrounding covers...) Need not to forget to clean these areas.

The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows were a bit off and the bunk beds were somehow shaky and creaking. The ladder on the bunkbeds have some cracks which made them a bit wobbly. There was plenty of charging slots and power points. Kitchen area is just nice size for 1 person working. Toilet is nicely separated from the shower room and heated bidet, awesome. Washing machine worked well but didn't dry it properly. At least there was a drying rack. AC and humidifier worked well. The blinds and the sliding paper door really gave us privacy and enough cover from spring morning sunlight. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around. And the Family Mart around the corner is always busy in the morning. They do have quite a selection for quick dinner too. Shin Osaka is just 5 minutes walk from here which made Minn Shin Osaka our best stay yet. We were never really too tired walking back after a long day travelling as it was just around the corner from the station.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness can be improved. Dust are all all over the room and beddings have smell. Security has been cmpromised during our last night of stay, some random man tried and was able to unlock the door code past midnight. We were all scared , good thing husband was quick to act and told the guy that he accessed the wrong room. Dead bolt lock saved us, the guy was not able to successfully enter room. What we like about this hotel is the location. Very close to shin-osaka station and has convenience stores in the area. Thank you Minn-shin osaka , it was still a good stay despite the glitches.

This was such a great location right near the Shin Osaka station. The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people. There is a nice little kitchen with microwave, bowls ,plates, recycle and trash cans, mini washing machine. The tv is a projector which was good enough for us. The price was great. Entry door password worked well with a number lock. Check in and room access is by a video call to a person who is remote. The technology worked well. A friendly cleaning staff gave us an extra towel when we asked. The down side was all the stickers and instructions were in Japanese. We struggled to get the room heater set up. The bathroom water heater/geyser was also confusing. It would help if they had some English printouts. Also warning to people - there is no reception desk with staff at all. There is no staff on premises. So you cannot do early check in or leave bags at the desk if you get there early. Love the place and location. would highly recommend to families.

・窓際の床にビチョビチョのタオル(畳まれていた)があり、気付かず踏んでびっくりしました。何だったのか…？ ・夜遅く朝早い滞在だったので、あまり満喫できませんでしたが、ミニキッチンや洗濯機(洗剤も置いてありました)はありがたかったです。 ・セルフクロークは、荷物にワイヤーをかけ、自分で決めた番号でロックする方式。他人も触れるオープンな棚に並べる形で、触られるのが心配で上段に置かせてもらいました。規約からの手順がスムーズにいかずちょっと心配でしたが、問題はなかったです。 ・部屋のスクリーンは、電源を入れたら手順の説明が出てきましたが、その通りの画面にならず、結局時間もなくて使いきれませんでした。 料金もお手頃で便利な宿でした。でも濡れタオルの衝撃と、映像が見れなかったので、リピートはしないと思います。

A rather unique setup in terms of its checking in and out and the apartment is very well designed in which you can do a bit of cooking if you wanted to. There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for the guests to use too. Great location and pleasant environment.
