"First time stay, we absolutely loved it. Tiny boutique hotel. Terry at the front desk is an absolute doll. Some of the best features, location close to theater, restos cafes etc. affordable parking nearby both in a city lot and indoor for weather. Included is a little continental breakfast with coffee, tea juice, light breakfast snacks to get you started. Well appointed rooms. They are renovating hot tub but that will be a real bonus next time!"

"The manoir has a lot of charm, it is located in a splendid quarter. It is peaceful.Staff is very nice.The breakfast was good and served in the splendid living room.I will absolutely come back in the future. It is near the metro."

"Interesting to have an apartment! Could have used some amenities like bottled water and snack options. Bathroom safety a bit of a problem with high tub and no safety handles to help get in and out. Beds comfortable and sense of space a lovely change from a hotel room."

"We had 3 rooms, and 2 out of 3 rooms did not get the paper notice in our room for fire alarm testing, nor were we inform of such test ~9 am in the morning in one of the day during check-in. Cleaning was missed in one of our room for a day. When we told the front desk of the missed cleaning, we were just told the staff for cleaning were done for the day already."

"We loved our stay at this property! Spacious, comfy room with a lot of character and amenities. Close to everything in Old Montreal and the metro to get anywhere else in the city. So helpful on any requests and to store our bags after check out! Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is a boutique hotel. Cannot expect like other big chain hotels. For example, no room dining after 10 pm. Rooftop is beautiful, but have no drinks or food options upstairs. You can order at the restaurant at the lobby and then take it upstairs. Small bathrooms. If someone likes more of some view, request higher floor otherwise you will be looking at a wall from your window. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was helpful"
