Everything was magnificent in this hotel. I can't fault anything. Even lifts were quick to get in and out of which made getting the Kaaba super convenient. I wl stay here again Inshallah.

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel
Excellent location and extremely friendly and efficient staff. Special mention to the concierge team who professionally accomodated our every request. Also the reception team, check in and check out was quick and seemless. The buffets are not to be missed. Large variety and excellent quality.
