"Pretty nice hotel to get an island vacation without breaking the bank. The food options are somewhat limited, if you have dietary restrictions, you need to let them know in advance. the facilities are nice, friendly staff and free snorkeling and kayaking. The massage facilities are very good at reasonable prices. The island is gorgeous. "

"Large pool with shade if required. The grounds are wonderfully tropical and well curated. Bures are private, roomy and the air conditioning works a treat. The large, fluffy bath towels are changed daily. All of the staff are terrific and the restaurant is well worth trying."

So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains.
