Hotel was perfect

My teenage daughter and I stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the beautiful city of Málaga. This hotel was perfectly located for us and we didn't need a taxi even once. We got the number 1 or number 3 bus into the old town and walked everywhere else from there. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were great. I reported an issue with our air con and the guy from reception had it sorted within seconds. The housekeeping staff picked up on the fact that it was my daughter's birthday so left her a lovely little surprise ( sweets) when we returned to our room. Such a kind gesture. Overall we had a great time and would certainly book this hotel again.

We only stayed here part of a day as we were taking a flight at 6 am so we didn’t experience all the hotels services but the hotel was comfortable and a convenient location. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Great location for the central train station.

Great stay in the Eurostars hotel. This was my second time to stay in this hotel. Great service from start to finish. Excellent breakfast which was a real treat. I will stay here again when I next visit Malaga.

Spacious, clean and convenient

Booked this hotel to be comfortable on the last night of my holiday and close to the train station to get the first train (at 5.23) to the airport. It was perfect for this, and the hotel is clean, spacious and with good amenities. The staff are excellent and very friendly. I wouid definitely use the hotel for a longer stay.

Nice room but very basic and wouldn’t class a double bed as pushing two single beds together. Not the best ventilation in the room but was ok to what we paid Very convenient for the bus/train station

Here is the English translation: This hotel is worn out, and the pricing is clearly too high. If you enjoy cold showers in the morning, this is the place for you. The restaurant, where you can have dinner, has a menu that is largely based on the breakfast offerings. There are clear elements that have been directly reused from the same menu. At best, the food is mediocre. The staff are friendly, and the cleaning is average. Hair, dust, and dirt in small amounts must be tolerated if you stay here. We had good parking options at a relatively low price. If you don't mind waiting for the elevators and can tolerate traffic noise, you'll find the place okay. The terrace door was drafty, allowing ants to get in, and the room door was visibly drafty, as you could see light under the door and in the gap between the door and the frame. The toilet was running, and the water pressure was almost non-existent. So, enjoy your stay 😉

When they ask for a cc to guarantee if we have any extras ( we prepaid the night we have stayed ) we gave an Amex and doesn’t work , Visa same thing, Master again the same problem . We spend more than 20 ‘ to check in ! Finally they accept Amex ( the problem was the Hotel not our CC. All the hotel smells terrible! Fortunately I asked for another room because the one that they gave me was indoor ( I’m claustrophobic) and a terrible bad smell . I went to the lobby again and they take care of my problem and a manager make me and upgrade to a room with a balcony , the guy that make the check in didn’t have any idea how to do his job . The hotel is clean but I don’t recommended if you visit Malaga for one night or more . The elevator very slow , common areas doesn’t look as the Hotel Pictures .

The description the hotel says there is laundry facilities but it is not true. They have limites hours of external laundry provider and not on site laundry. Breakfast starts at 7:30 only bit that seems normal in Spain. Nothing special in room but was clean.
