"If possible I would give it 4.5 stars. The communication was very quick and smooth and the Coeo team was very kind and always checked if everything is good. If there was a problem, it has been looked at it / solved quickly. The apartment itself is small but has everything you need and was clean. "Let me start off by saying, the apartments were really, really nice. However, the check-in experience was the longest and most obnoxious I have ever dealt with. It took an hour and a half from the time I booked it to complete the online registration for both apartments. Then when they got there, the codes they gave us to access the keys were wrong so I had to call them up (no front desk) and try to wrangle the door open with hallway lights that were on timers to turn off every 30 seconds.
