Mi mayor inconformidad es la limpieza, de verdad es fatal, el sofá cama y el colchón de la habitación no son para nada cómodos. Las toallas olían un poco mal. Las intrusiones de llegada no son lo suficientemente claras para personas que no son del país, hacen falta puntos de referencia. Para llegar a el apartamento solo hay un asesor donde solo caben dos personas apretadas y las escaleras para llegar a el apartamento son muy empinadas. La ubicación en general está bien, es en el centro por lo que se encuentra actividad y ambiente en las calles.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider nicht ganz barrierefrei. Zuwenig Lichtquellen in der Wohnung, z.T. zu indirekt, zu wenig Leuchtleistung oder defekt. Für die Waschmaschine wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung wünschenswert. Batterien der Fenseh-Fernbedienung müssten erneuert werden. Auch nur spanische Programme. Trotz alledem für einen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.

The Apartment is lovely and in the center of town. It is good that the windows are duble glased for downstairs in the street the partying goes on till about 6 o’clock in the morning and than the city starts nearly at once it’s very thorough cleaning.

Bien situado y adecuado para dos personas, una de las sartenes no estaba utilizable. Deberían cambiarla. El wifi falló una tarde, el ascensor es la puerta del apartamento y estuvo todo un día sonando la alarma, la caldera está sobre el vater y goteaba. Al hacer el Check-in preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas en la oficina el último día. Nos dijeron que sí y cuando fuimos a dejarlas nos quisieron cobrar 5€ por 2 horas.

L'appartamento in calle Velazquez è molto bello, moderno! Collocato proprio nel centro della movida, se non si è dotati di tappi è difficile dormire. Non particolarmente adatto a 4 persone... Dormire su quel divano letto in due è stato un po' complicato.. Ma per il resto lo consiglio! Siamo state molto bene. Un grazie a Daniel che, oltre al check-in, si è preoccupato che il nostro soggiorno a Málaga stesse andando bene e se ci servisse qualcosa, gentilissimo!

Appartement was op een drukke locatie. Trappenhuis werd nooit schoongemaakt. Kakkerlak zagen we vanaf dag van aankomst tot dag van vertrek. Het personeel daarentegen was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een nederlands sprekend personeelslid was een mooie toevoeging aan hun personeel.

L'hôtel on a même pas vu car l'appartement a été changé la veille de notre départ donc stress horrible. On a donc été obligé d'accepter l'autre logement qu'on a pas choisi. Canapé lit complètement hors service ni pour s'asseoir ni pour dormir, la fenêtre avec un volet cassé donc bruit terrible vu qu'on a habité au centre. Et tout ces désagréments étaient impossible à régler malgré nos mail... Ignorance total de clients.... Dommage car à part de ça endroit magnifique hôtel logé près de centre etc... Quel gâchis..

Central location but neighborhood was pretty shady

While the location was central the neighborhood was a bit shady. Check in process was painful. The first apartment we got has heavy construction activity up front. We could not get our baby’s stroller into the entrance because of the construction. Had to walk to the office with all of our bags and spend an hour there to change the apartment

De kamer zag er erg verzorgd uit en het contact met de organisatie was super! Via Whatsapp of bellen kregen wij meteen antwoord op onze vragen maar ook tips voor de omgeving. Alleen hadden we problemen met de föhn die niet goed werkte. Verder alles top!

Thuis tussen de Malagueños

Mijn studio, midden in het centrum in de oude stad, voelde al snel als thuis. Klein (vooral de douche), maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Incl. wasmachine, oven en magnetron (niet gebruikt) én airco en wifi. Bed vond ik minder prettig. I.c.m. de de bars en terrassen onder mij waren de nachten geen onverdeeld genoegen. Maar, de vriendelijkheid en snelheid van de medewerkers op afstand - Holidays2Malaga city appartments beheert heel veel accomodaties in Malaga - maakte alles goed. Zelden zoveel klantvriendelijkheid ervaren. Ik bewaar de allerbeste herinneringen aan mijn week Malaga!
