Good morning Mario,We're sorry that you don't like our hotel. We don't have reservations for rooms with sea views, you can note it as a preference in your reservation and we try our best but never confirm it. In this case the only request we had was a double bed, just as you had.Regarding the parking, sometimes it's difficult to find parking in the surrounding area and that's why we have several parking spaces reserved in a nearby parking lot.Kind regards

Buenas tardes Ulrica, En primer lugar, muchas gracias por sus comentarios, siempre nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. En nuestra página web tenemos fotografías de todas las habitaciones: dobles con vistas al mar, dobles con vistas a la calle y junior suites. Nuestro hotel es pequeño, tan solo tenemos 9 habitaciones por lo que no nos podemos comprometer a confirmar vistas al mar. En este caso concreto, cuando usted realizó su reserva, no quedaba ninguna habitación con vistas al mar disponible. Además, usted solo pidió cama doble y eso sí pudimos conseguirlo :) Sentimos que el hotel no haya cubierto sus expectativas, pero esperamos que al menos el apartamento haya sido de su agrado.
