Hola Anatacia. Nuestro establecimiento no se anuncia como un hotel sino como un alojamiento turístico vacacional por habitaciones. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Me sorprende que habiendo estado cada día compartiendo tiempo de charla con ustedes, no me hayan notificado que tenían un problema con el manejo del aire acondicionado. Se lo habría resuelto al momento. A pesar de que el último día, que les permití permanecer sin coste adicional hasta las 23 horas en la terraza y piscina, me dijesen que iban a recomendar nuestro alojamiento les quedo Agradecido por su amabilidad y trato cercano que hemos tenido con ustedes, les deseo un feliz resto de verano. Ángel
