"Très mauvais séjour, le studio devait etres prêt a 14h, non prêt, il nous conduit à un autre studio. 14h 45 , c'est prêt. Kitchenette incomplète, 3 cuillères et un couteau de plastique. 2 assiettes, un poĕlon seulement. Pas de bouilloire électrique. Manque 1 ampoule électrique, pasc de cintres, le refrigerateur ne fonctionne pas, avons perdu 10$ de nourriture.les articles personnels du précédent client était sur place. Pas de serviettes, une par client nous dit--il. La laiterie douteuse....

"The Villa no 8 is not part of Klub Bunga management so we can't access the facilities of Klub Bunga without paying extra. The place is quite old and cleanliness is not very good. The house has a lot of insects and the flooring is slippery and a bit oily. However, the recep people is quite responsive even though they did not clean the place very well."

"It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. "The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."
