"I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!"

"I would avoid. We turned up for our booking and our room wasn’t ready , although our names were on the board in reception. The staff didn’t seem apologetic even though we had arrived there at 7pm and they had all day to contact us to say there had been a mess up with the bookings . I’ve also read this had happened to other people . He hesitantly got us another room at a hotel which wasn’t as nice and not what we paid for.
