In comparison with other hotels at the same price and approximate location, the hotel does not provide a complimentary bottle of water and the breakfast is very limited with no real options. The bed was comfortable, but the room needed more attentive cleaning. The roof restaurant is a good option."

"This Hotel was absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are better than advertised! Spacious and very clean. I included breakfast with my stay. I highly recommend as it is freshly made each morning. All of the staff were great and extremely helpful. Laurice and Catalina were there and they were the absolute best! Next time I visit Chile I will choose this location again!"
